My Calendar
This page enables you to view allocated and scheduled work, record your time, and synchronize your calendar with an external calendar.
Use this page to:
- View your allocated and scheduled work and the progress that you have made.
- Record the time that you spend on tasks in time sheet entries.
- Add time to scheduled work or any other task that you are working on.
- Add booked time, which is an appointment that is not associated with a job or a task.
- Synchronize your calendar with Google, Exchange, or Office 365, if synchronization is enabled.
If you have the correct access permissions, you can also use this page to:
- Allocate work to yourself.
- View the calendars of other users.
- View any milestones that are assigned to you.
- Move work that has been allocated to you, as long as it is not already late and does not negatively affect a deadline or dependency.
